UNESCO World Heritage – Huashan Rock Art: Inscribed in 2016, this is one of the world's largest and oldest rock art sites, depicting the ceremonial life of the ancient Luoyue people over 2,000 years ago. Rare Wildlife Encounter: Observe the critically endangered White-headed Langur, with only about 1,400 individuals remaining worldwide. Chongzuo is the species' only natural habitat. Detian Transnational Waterfall: Asia's largest cross-border waterfall, spanning the China–Vietnam border. During the rainy season, its combined width exceeds 200 meters, creating a spectacular sight. Mingshi Countryside: A famous filming location for popular TV dramas such as The Journey of Flower, known as the "Little Guilin" for its picturesque karst scenery and bamboo rafting experience. Dongnayu Bay: A stunning landscape of karst peaks, rivers, and islands, regarded as an important stop along the historic "Southwestern Water Silk Road." Tongling Grand Canyon: Explore a pristine tropical rainforest and admire Tongling Waterfall, one of the tallest single-drop waterfalls in South China.
Day 1 Arrive in Nanning and transfer by private vehicle to Chongzuo. After hotel check-in, enjoy a self-guided evening visit to Taiping Ancient Town, where the culture of the ancient Luoyue people comes alive through beautiful illuminated streets.
Day 2 Begin your journey of nature and culture. In the morning, visit the Chongzuo White-headed Langur National Nature Reserve to observe the critically endangered White-headed Langur, one of the world's rarest primates. In the afternoon, explore the Huashan Rock Art Cultural Landscape, a UNESCO World Heritage Site featuring ancient cliff paintings created over 2,000 years ago.
Day 3 Discover Guangxi's spectacular karst scenery. Visit Mingshi Countryside in the morning and enjoy a relaxing bamboo raft ride along the Mingshi River. In the afternoon, take a scenic cruise through Dongnayu Bay, surrounded by dramatic limestone peaks often described as the "Guilin on Water."
Day 4 Visit the magnificent Detian Transnational Waterfall, Asia's largest cross-border waterfall, overlooking both China and Vietnam. Continue to Tongling Grand Canyon, where you'll hike through pristine rainforest and admire a spectacular 188.3-meter waterfall. Return to Nanning in the evening.
Day 5 Transfer to Nanning Airport or railway station. Tour ends.

Important Notes
White-headed Langur observation takes place in the early morning (approximately 6:30–8:30 a.m.), so an early departure is required. Huashan Rock Art is visited by boat. The schedule may be affected by water levels and weather conditions. Detian Transnational Waterfall is at its most spectacular during the high-water season (June–October). During the dry season, visitors can get closer to the base of the waterfall. The trail in Tongling Grand Canyon is relatively long and includes some steep sections. A reasonable level of fitness and comfortable, non-slip walking shoes are recommended.
Before You Travel Travel Documents: Bring a valid passport and ensure you meet China's visa or visa-free entry requirements. Clothing: Chongzuo has a subtropical climate. Layered clothing is recommended, and a light rain jacket or umbrella is useful during the rainy season (April–September). Footwear: Comfortable non-slip hiking shoes or sports shoes are strongly recommended due to extensive walking. Essentials: Bring a camera, insect repellent, personal medications, and motion sickness medicine if needed. During the Tour White-headed Langur Reserve: Observe the animals quietly from designated viewing areas. Feeding, chasing, and flash photography are prohibited. Huashan Rock Art: Wear a life jacket during the boat trip and remain seated. Drones are not permitted. Detian Waterfall: Paths may be slippery. Stay within designated areas and never cross the international border. Tongling Grand Canyon: The trail includes many steps and can be slippery. Stay on marked paths and walk at your own pace. Useful Tips Cultural Heritage: Do not touch or damage the Huashan Rock Art. Local Customs: Please respect the traditions of local ethnic communities.
