【This tour allows free luggage. Please inform us of the number of luggage items in advance when booking.】 (1) Once the order is confirmed, the date cannot be changed arbitrarily. Any resulting losses shall be borne by the customer. (2) Please be sure to provide complete information when booking (name + number of participants + phone number + WeChat ID + boarding location) to avoid errors that may affect the itinerary. (3) During the tour, please carry your passport and valuables with you and keep them safe. In case of loss, theft, or damage, you shall bear the responsibility yourself. (4) Elderly travelers, travelers with high blood pressure, heart disease, other cardiovascular conditions, or pregnant women are advised to participate with accompanying family members. (5) This tour does not accept bookings from customers under the age of 18 traveling alone. If booking is required, a guardian must join the tour together. (6) This tour is a fixed shared-ride itinerary. Customers joining this tour must observe the stay time at each attraction and follow the arrangements of the driver-guide. (7) No refund will be given if you fail to participate in or terminate the tour due to personal reasons, lateness, or other such circumstances. Please take note. (8) If you leave the group on your own during the tour, it will be regarded as an invalid transaction and no refund will be given. If this causes personal injury or property loss, the consequences shall be borne by yourself. (9) Arrival times for each stop may change depending on traffic conditions, weather, holidays, and crowd levels on the day. If the itinerary is delayed or canceled due to the above or other force majeure factors, your understanding is appreciated, and refunds may not be requested on this basis. (10) Please wear light clothing and shoes suitable for travel when joining this tour. (11) Please be sure to comply with local Japanese laws and regulations.
